A sophisticated ocular surgical tool called the Rizzuti Expressor and Iris Retractor (3mm) is used to adjust the iris and lens during cataract surgeries. With a 3mm wide muscle hook/lens expressor point on each end of its double-ended design, it enables accurate control and positioning of ocular structures.
