Endoscopy Superstore® warrants that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, provided they are used as intended and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

• Defects in material or workmanshipunder normal use.
• Product malfunctionduring the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, mishandling, or improper operationof the product.
• Repairs, alterations, or modificationsmade by anyone other than Endoscopy Superstore® or an authorized repair facility.
• Damage caused by using unapproved accessories or other manufacturers' equipment.
• Normal wear and tearor cosmetic damage.
• Products not used in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

To make a warranty claim:

• Contact Customer Service at 818-340-3433or via email to request assistance.
• If a defect is confirmed, Endoscopy Superstore® will determine the appropriate action: repair, replacement, or refund.
• Return shippingfor warranty claims is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

• This Limited Warranty is exclusive and is the only warranty provided by Endoscopy Superstore®.
• No other warranties(express, implied, or statutory), including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply.
• Endoscopy Superstore® is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or product failures.

• Warranty claims must be handled through Endoscopy Superstore®’s authorized repair facilities.
• Any product that has been repaired, modified, or altered by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.
